Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. If you would like to let us know about prayer points for the Pastoral Care Team to be praying about please fill out our contact card here. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Today let’s pray that we would be a church that serves one another well. We can give thanks for those who serve in all sorts of ways so that we can gather together every Sunday. We can at the moment also pray for more to serve on the coffee cart, more singers in our music teams, and pray for those who help organise our teams and team leaders.
Our Networks | Today we’re praying for Trinity Church Colonel Light Gardens. Let’s give thanks for their newly formed mission team and that the team would help energise the church to reach their local area. Let’s pray too that Easter would be a great time of sharing the hope of the gospel with others at that church, and all the churches around our network!
Our World | Let’s pray for Christians suffering around our world. We can particularly remember the countries of Uganda and Nigeria where muslim extremeist groups have been increasingly targetting Christians with violence and many have been killed. Let’s pray for protection and that Christians in these countries would stand firm.
