Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | We need God to sustain, sanctify and equip our staff and leadership team. Thank God for a good break for the Winters and ask that as the Marshman’s take a week off they’d have good rest. Pray for Paul Merenda commencing his subjects for the year. Ask God to keep our staff and leadership team faithful to Jesus and his priorities.
Our Networks | We’re praying for Trinity Church Tonsley this week. Thank God for a great Christmas connecting with friends and neighbours and ask that there would be great fruit in following up these connections. Pray for Matt Lehmann to have wisdom, energy and a humble dependence on the Holy Spirit as he carries responsibility for overseeing ministry at Tonsley and the wider Southern Region.
Our World | Pray that we would remain outward looking for a world to know Jesus – with a concern for the spread of the gospel right around the world. Let’s pray particularly that both BCA Connect on the 17th and CMS Conference on the 18th would be tremendous occasions for encouraging God’s people in mission.
