Prayer Points – July 14

Prayer Points – July 14

Each week we pray for our church, our network and our world. If you would like to let us know about prayer points for the Pastoral Care Team to be praying about please fill out our contact card here.

Our Church | Today we’re praying for Trinity Kids. Let’s give thanks for a great term. For creche and the way the leaders have loved and cared for our littelest members. For Minis and the journey the minis kids have taken this term through the big picture of the Old Testament. For Mixers and the way in which the new resources we’ve been using the last couple of months have been a tremendous blessing.

Our Networks | We’re praying today for CMS and especially for K in South East Asia. We can give thanks for the holiday K enjoyed with a friend recently, that she’s getting on well with her students in her current summer term, and for the relationship she’s building with her neighbour, Rose. Let’s pray for opportunities amongst these things.

Our World | Let’s pray today for Christians who are persecuted because of their faith around our world. We can pray for Eritrea where 200 Christians have been arrested for their faith in the past 12 months, and 400 are currently in prison without charge. Let’s pray for endurance and for the leaders of that country. We can pray too for Nepal and for the Christians there who face increasing opposition to their faith.
