Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Today let’s give thanks and pray for those who lead and organise our service each week. Particularly let’s give thanks for our sound and tech teams, our bands and music leaders, and those who lead from the front. Let’s pray that our services would be great times of encouragement and worship as we together seek to magnify the name of Jesus.
Our Networks | Let’s pray today for the Trinity Churches in the hills region. We can pray for Chris (pastor of Trinity Church Aldgate) and his wife Narelle as they take long service leave at the moment, and can pray for good energy for those leading ministrys in their absence. We can give thanks for growing numbers of kids and families at Trinity Church Mount Barker and pray for more leaders to match the increase. Let’s also pray for a great taste and see course that Trinity Church Victor Harbor are running in November.
Our World | This morning we’re praying for justice to be done in our world and for those undergoing hardship. Let’s pray for help for the many who have had lives destroyed amongst ongoing conflicts around our world, and we can pray too for those in North and Central America affected by the awful hurricanes over the past couple of weeks.
