Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Today we’re praying for our Youth ministry. Praise God for the work he is doing by his Spirit in the young people of our church. Pray the youth, their parents, our youth leaders (Grace, Matt and Juliet M, Lachy and Matt W) and for our whole church to love one another well whatever our age. Pray that the youth would not only grow in faith in Jesus, but give their whole lives as living sacrifices of worship of the Lord.
Our Networks | This week we’re praying for Lauren Hull serving with ES at Flinders Uni. Praise God for a great Jesus Week with Christian students growing in confidence to speak about Jesus, and lots of engagement from students investigating Jesus. Pray for Lauren’s ongoing ministry through the rest of this year reading the Bible with students and equipping Christian young adults to share confidently of Jesus.
Our World | We’re today praying in light of the great need for leaders for God’s church. Pastors, Kids and Youth Workers, Evangelists, people willing to serve at home and abroad. Please pray for CV conference taking place at the end of the month, that everyone present would consider how they most effectively use their gifts for God’s glory, and that many men and women would make steps towards vocational ministry.
