Our Church | We’re praying this morning that as a church we’d be on mission to reach our friends, neighbours and those in our area with the good news of Jesus. We can pray especially for our Easter services; that many might choose to spend part of their Easter with us, and that those who come would feel welcome and excited to think more about the claims of Jesus.
Our Network | This morning we’re praying for Trinity Church Adelaide and for Trinity Church Lockleys. We can thank God for the way recent changes have gone, with Adelaide starting a new 6pm service and Lockleys recently moving from Mile End to a new location (and being renamed). We can pray for continued fruit to come from these changes and can also pray for the ongoing work around the redevelopment at Trinity Church Adelaide – may it lead to gospel fruit for generations to come.
Our World | We’re praying today for Christians who are suffering because of their faith. We can pray for Christians in Myanmar, where the military led government is bringing about much violence, often targeted at Christians. Let’s pray that Christians who have had to leave there homes will be able to find food and shelter and pray for change in the country. We can also thank God for growing churches in countries like Bangladesh, China and on the Arabian peninsular, despite continued opposition.
